The platform can support multiple different types of user accounts: e.g. clerical, staff MD, resident. Some services, such as the ED, would prefer to receive all reports in a central repository that can then be filtered by specific MD and sent out by a clerical staff/unit coordinator.

The notification of results can be customized based on rules which radiology/user/department can create. E.g. if the MD does not acknowledge receipt of result within 48 hours, a second notification is sent; if no response, the result can be sent to the Chief of the department., etc.
